Hi, Strange you should ask… my wife dips the bread in the cup. Apparently she was told at confirmation that was one way of doing it. That said, I’d say the “usual” way was to eat the bread / wafer when you are given it, and drink the cup when you are given it. That’s the way I’ve seen it done at every Anglican church I’ve been to, not that I’ve been to loads but still. Still, interesting question :) Phill |
